Overview
The GMO Power Infrastructure ETF seeks total return by investing primarily in equities of companies operating in power infrastructure-related industries. GMO believes long-term drivers such as population growth, accelerating electrification, increasing wealth in emerging markets, reindustrialization, and surging energy demands from data centers and AI growth are converging to create a step-change in demand. At the same time, supply is constrained by aging grids and electrical equipment, as well as by power generation limits. This sets the stage for sustained secular growth across companies spanning power generation, transmission, distribution, related infrastructure, and materials used.
The Focused Equity team combines fundamental and quantitative research to identify power infrastructure companies whose profitability is directly tied to the electrification and power generation value chain, businesses built to benefit as the world's appetite for power grows larger and more complex. The ETF invests globally, in a benchmark-agnostic manner, allowing GMO to pursue attractive investment opportunities wherever they may be.

1 Median 30 Day Bid/Ask Spread: An exchange traded fund's (“ETF”) median bid-ask spread, expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth, is computed by identifying the ETF's national best bid and national best offer as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days; dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the national best bid and national best offer; and identifying the median of those values. For the first 30 calendar days of trading, the median bid-ask spread for the ETF will reflect the number of calendar days the ETF has been operating.
2 30 Day Average Share Volume: The average number of shares traded in an ETF across all U.S. exchanges over the last 30 trading days. For the first 30 trading days, the volume of the ETF will reflect the number of trading days the ETF has been operating.

Market Risk - Equities: the market price of equities may decline due to factors affecting the issuer, its industries, or the economy and equity markets generally. Declines in stock market prices generally are likely to reduce the net asset value of the Fund's shares. For a more complete discussion of these and other risks, please consult the Fund's Prospectus.
