 | Jeremy Grantham Mr. Grantham co-founded GMO in 1977. Prior to GMO’s founding, Mr. Grantham was co-founder of Batterymarch Financial Management in 1969 where he recommended commercial indexing in 1971, one of several claims to being first. He began his investment career as an economist with Royal Dutch Shell. Mr. Grantham serves as GMO’s Chairman and is an active member of GMO’s asset allocation division. He has also served on investment boards of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Grantham has been featured in Forbes, Barron’s and Business Week and is routinely quoted by the financial press. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Sheffield (U.K.) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
 | Arjun Divecha Mr. Divecha, based in Berkeley, California, is Vice Chairman of the GMO Board and is responsible for overseeing the team managing the GMO Emerging Markets Strategy, GMO Emerging Countries Strategy, GMO Emerging Markets Opportunities Strategy and the GMO Emerging Illiquid Strategy, L.P. Prior to his affiliation with GMO in 1993, he spent 12 years at BARRA directing software development, marketing, client service and emerging markets research and development. Mr. Divecha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University. |
 | Amit Bhartia Mr. Bhartia is engaged in portfolio management for the GMO Emerging Markets Fund. Prior to joining GMO, he worked as an investment advisor in India. Mr. Bhartia earned a Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Bombay and an M.B.A. at the Institute for Technology and Management in Bombay. He is a CFA charterholder. |
 | Mark Ingham Mr. Ingham is responsible for portfolio management and investment research for the GMO emerging market equities products. Prior to this, he was engaged in portfolio management and research for the GMO global equity products. Before joining GMO, he was an investment consultancy analyst with William M. Mercer in London. Mr. Ingham earned his Masters in Mathematics from Oxford University.

 | Marco Vangelisti Mr. Vangelisti is product manager for GMO emerging markets. Prior to joining GMO, he spent over 11 years at BARRA, Inc. directing BARRA’s client service equity team in the U.S., and interfacing with BARRA’s product development and research. After the merger of BARRA and Rogers Casey, Mr. Vangelisti spearheaded the reengineering of RC’s manager research effort. Mr. Vangelisti earned a B.A. in Mathematics from University of Padua (Italy) and an M.B.A. from ENI International School of Management (Italy). He is a CFA charterholder. |
