 | Jeremy Grantham Mr. Grantham co-founded GMO in 1977. Prior to GMO’s founding, Mr. Grantham was co-founder of Batterymarch Financial Management in 1969 where he recommended commercial indexing in 1971, one of several claims to being first. He began his investment career as an economist with Royal Dutch Shell. Mr. Grantham is GMO’s chief investment strategist and is an active member of GMO’s asset allocation division. He is a member of the GMO Board and has also served on investment boards of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Grantham has been featured in Forbes, Barron’s and Business Week and is routinely quoted by the financial press. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Sheffield (U.K.) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
 | Arjun Divecha Mr. Divecha, based in Berkeley, California, is Chairman of the GMO Board and is responsible for overseeing the team managing the GMO Emerging Markets Strategy, GMO Emerging Countries Strategy and the GMO Emerging Illiquid Strategy. Prior to his affiliation with GMO in 1993, he spent 12 years at BARRA directing software development, marketing, client service and emerging markets research and development. Mr. Divecha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University. |
 | Amit Bhartia Mr. Bhartia is engaged in portfolio management for the GMO Emerging Markets strategies. Prior to joining GMO in 1995, he worked as an investment advisor in India.  | George Sakoulis Dr. Sakoulis is responsible for portfolio management and investment research for the GMO emerging market equities products. Prior to joining GMO in 2009, he served as the director of European equity strategies for Numeric Investors. Previously, he was a director for UBS O’Connor. Dr. Sakoulis earned his B.A. in Economics and his B.S. in Statistics from San Francisco State University. He earned his M.A in Economics and his Ph.D. in Financial Econometrics from the University of Washington. |
 | Binu George Mr. George is the product manager for GMO emerging markets. Prior to joining GMO in 2009, he was a portfolio manager with AXA Rosenberg. Previously, Mr. George worked in several roles encompassing research and investment strategy at Barclays Global Investors. Mr. George earned his B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and his MBA in Finance from University of Rochester. He is a CFA charterholder. |
 | Daniel Mahoney Mr. Mahoney is responsible for trading and process oversight for GMO emerging markets. Prior to assuming his current responsibility, Mr. Mahoney spent five years trading emerging markets Europe and Africa as part of the GMO emerging markets trading division and three years as a member of GMO’s data management and corporate actions team. Prior to joining GMO in 2000, he was a senior trust specialist with Mellon Trust’s corporate actions group. Mr. Mahoney earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College. |

Prior to joining GMO in 2002, she was a product manager with E*Trade and held various software engineering positions in the early years of her career.
