 | Arjun Divecha Mr. Divecha, based in Berkeley, California, is Chairman of the GMO Board and is responsible for overseeing the team managing the GMO Emerging Markets Strategy, GMO Emerging Countries Strategy and the GMO Emerging Illiquid Strategy. Prior to his affiliation with GMO in 1993, he spent 12 years at BARRA directing software development, marketing, client service and emerging markets research and development. Mr. Divecha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University. |
 | Forrest Berkley Mr. Berkley is a member of the GMO Board of Directors. In his previous employment with GMO from 1986 until his retirement in early 2006, Forrest held many roles including portfolio manager, member of the Asset Allocation team, and head of global product management. He was also a member of the Firm’s governance committee. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committees for several organizations. Mr. Berkley holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Yale University, and M.B.A. and law degrees from Harvard University. |
 | Chris Darnell Mr. Darnell is a member of the GMO Board of Directors. Prior to his retirement from GMO in June 2010, he was the head of an algorithmic trading group and was instrumental in the structuring the firm’s quantitative research efforts over the course of his 31-year career with the firm. Mr. Darnell holds a B.S. double major in Mathematics & Economics and Molecular Biochemistry & Biophysics from Yale University and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

 | Myra Drucker Ms. Drucker is a member of the GMO Board of Directors. In the course of over three decades in investment management, Ms. Drucker’s experience includes early work in the field of quantitative investing, followed by senior roles and/or CIO positions at International Paper, Xerox and General Motors Asset Management. She served as the Chair of the Commonfund Board, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Committees for several organizations. Ms. Drucker has a B.A. in Literature and Psychology from Sarah Lawrence College. |
 | Jeremy Grantham Mr. Grantham co-founded GMO in 1977. Prior to GMO’s founding, Mr. Grantham was co-founder of Batterymarch Financial Management in 1969 where he recommended commercial indexing in 1971, one of several claims to being first. He began his investment career as an economist with Royal Dutch Shell. Mr. Grantham is GMO’s chief investment strategist and is an active member of GMO’s asset allocation division. He is a member of the GMO Board and has also served on investment boards of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Grantham has been featured in Forbes, Barron’s and Business Week and is routinely quoted by the financial press. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Sheffield (U.K.) and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
 | Brad Hilsabeck Mr. Hilsabeck is the Chief Executive Officer of GMO and a member of the GMO Board. He became a GMO partner at the end of 2005 and has led our global client relations effort since 2006, when he joined GMO’s Executive Committee. Mr. Hilsabeck then served as a member of GMO’s Executive Office until 2009, after which he became a member of GMO's Leadership Council. He is currently the Board Chairman for all of GMO’s non-U.S. subsidiaries, and a member of GMO's Partnership Committee. Immediately prior to joining GMO, he was a senior principal at State Street Global Advisors. Mr. Hilsabeck earned his B.A. from Westminster College in Missouri. |
 | Ben Inker Mr. Inker joined GMO in 1992 following the completion of his B.A. in Economics from Yale University. In his years at GMO, Mr. Inker has served as an analyst for quantitative equities and asset allocation, as a portfolio manager of several equity and asset allocation portfolios, as co-head of international quantitative equities, and as CIO of quantitative developed equities. He is currently head of the Asset Allocation group, a position he has held for the past decade, and a member of the GMO Board. Mr. Inker is a CFA charterholder. |
 | Peg McGetrick Ms. McGetrick is a member of the GMO Board of Directors. Ms. McGetrick is a founding partner of Liberty Square Asset Management and portfolio manager. In her previous employment with GMO from 1984 to 1996, she led the International Active Equity division and was also partner of the firm. Ms. McGetrick began her investment career in non-U.S. equities in 1982 as an analyst for The Commonfund for International Investments. She serves on the Investment Committee of Partners Healthcare System, Providence College, and The Wheeler School. Ms. McGetrick graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business Management, and holds a Master’s of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University. |
 | John Rosenblum Dr. Rosenblum is a member of the GMO Board. Previously, he was the dean of Jepson School of Leadership Studies at the University of Richmond. Prior to that, he taught at the Harvard Business School and was dean of the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Dr. Rosenblum earned his A.B. in Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and his M.B.A. and D.B.A. from Harvard University. |
 | Eyk Van Otterloo Mr. Van Otterloo is a member of the GMO Board. Prior to GMO’s founding in 1977, Mr. Van Otterloo served as director of common stock investments and research at Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company. Before joining Phoenix Mutual, he served as fund manager and associate director of research and analysis at Keystone Custodian Funds. Mr. Van Otterloo studied economics at Amsterdam Municipal University (Netherlands) and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |
